No reposetup when no filenames are specified for expansion
Second stab at stopping reposetup.
This time kwtemplater is still initialized in
kwfilelog and pretxnkw, and not in reposetup.
Watchout:
Giving ui an extra-attribute in reposetup might still be problematic.
